We are dedicated to providing classical art lessons and help for students who want to learn drawing, all from a Catholic world view. We view art as a fruit of the 7 liberal arts. Restful, repeatable, and ready to aquire the skills to help us create so we may bring glory to the Creator!
Established in 2026, based on time honored traditional methods of education, classical art resources, and original concepts with the intent to teach Catholic Truth, we aim to teach Art like math or language, or music. This means there are repeatable rules applied to work so that similar outcomes can be obtained by those interested in learning over time! Adaptable for use in your homeschool, classroom or homeschool coop.

For your homeschool or classroom, Rest in Thee Publications publishes Free Catholic Educational resources for pre-school through 4th grade with a focus on drawing lessons for beginners. Classical, restful, and gentle, while remaining true to the traditional teachings of the Catholic faith. Responding the the call to give freely, under the patronage of St. Monica and St. Augustine, Rest in Thee Publications is focused on whole family learning in the classical tradition, classical catholic art lessons and beyond, with a gentle and rest-filled approach to lead our own families and yours to a deep love for the Good, the True, and the Beautiful.
As students engaging in classical catholic art lessons and sketching lessons for beginners it is proper to begin with a traditional prayer. St. Thomas Aquinas acknowledge all his works, great to man as they may seem, are straw. Let us pray after him.
